We had a tremendous number of auditions for the Battle of the Bands event. The committee has met and we had some very difficult choices to make, but we have selected the ten bands who will compete for the $2000 first prize.

Congratulations to those selected to compete. Please keep in mind that you will be judged on the following five categories:

• Musical Quality – Your general musical quality as a band.
• Technical Quality – The unique way(s) that you use your musical talents in your show.
• Crowd Response - How does the crowd react to you?
• Band’s Ability to Engage the Crowd – Your ability to command the attention of the crowd and get them in to the show.
• Professionalism – The overall look and feel of your band. This includes your band being musically tight and the overall performance quality.
